It is nice
From the bottle it smells exactly like a chocolate covered cherry, once you spray it that goes away unfortunately. In the air it smells like a subtly sweet apple with a kinda tart cherry, little sugary too and it stays like that in air.
On my skin in the beginning it was a bit sharp, more citrus forward than expected. It was definitely that apple and cherry i got. More of a floral background with it, definitely more floral than her other 2. It gets powdery but not in the same ways the other 2 do, more of that amber floral powdery-ness.
Sweet but not a gourmand sweet like her other 2. You get more of a spiciness with this one, especially in the beginning and the next 20 or so minutes. Roughly 40-50 minutes later, that cherry becomes more sweet it is less citrus and spicy like. A tad less powdery and that dark chocolate note starts to show up. It is not very prevalent, it stays more so in the base. The cherry does not smell medicinal at all by the way. That brown sugar shows up more but not upfront, it helps sweeten that cherry.
I do think the patchouli might be very prominent for most people, it is also the lightest out of her fragrance but you do still get a nice little bubble around you.
Now after an hour when it’s dried down a lot, it becomes more like a creamy amber scent, that amber is very prominent on my skin around this time. The cherry loses little bit of sweetness and stays a little tart. The dark chocolate and spice is still there, the florals die down a lot, they are still there but way less noticeable than before.
Now something that may just be a me thing- after that hour it smells almost identical to the Very Vanilla lotion from VS PINK. I dont know what it is, but on my skin the dry down of that lotion and the fragrance at this point smell like 90% similar, maybe it’s the brown sugar in this and the cinnamon sugar in that very vanilla? Not bad, just was a little surprising lol.
