Delicate Purple Snow Globe
Yes, I like these snow globes from the Body Shop (I also have the versions in vanilla, pumpkin, and apple - just not the berry ones), although they naturally have a rather short longevity as body sprays. When you shake the globes, there are initially streaks, then a cloudy emulsion forms that slowly separates again. I enjoy watching that...
I more or less added this purple version blindly as a little extra for myself while buying a gift for a friend.
However, it seems I have caught the most subtle of the 5 sisters here (although even the vanilla version has minimal power)... you really have to get very close to the spray area to perceive anything. Therefore, a significant deduction for the sillage.
In terms of scent, “Frosted Plum” is less sweet than expected and not “squeaky fruity” like some other fruit perfumes. The plum stays very much in the background here (even though the scent is already quite subtle...). I would almost categorize the perfume as floral rather than fruity. It does indeed have a slightly cool freshness, as the title “Frosted” promises.
A nice little fragrance, also pleasant in winter - but I prefer the other versions, as far as I know them. My favorite is the one with apple.
