Darth Vader without the helmet..
By the name and the juice color I was already negatively biased.. I have not seen the notes..

The initial spray justified me..

In the first 20 minutes what I get is a dirty botanical medicinal Eucalyptus ( while walking outside I usually cut a leaf and rub it in my hands and smell it), Vicks Vaporub, warm wax and a little oregano.. An ancient Greek tragedy.. Later on I can feel a sour amber, a woody note, cold mint and most importantly something truly sparklingly bright and pleasant (I guess its the tobacco).. Hmmm weird I thought.. like fighting its own dark nature..

Checking out now the notes..Among others I see canabis (I am not familiar with the note..I guess the anti-drug splash screen on the coin operated arcade machines in the 80's and 90's were deeply imprinted on my subconscious..haha) and also an alternative to Black Afgano which I also haven't tried (neither I will get out of my way to try it.. I simply dont care about this particular house)

If Darth Vader were wearing encre noir at kindergarden, I guess he will wear this after finishing the university.

And please dont be fooled by the dark appearance and the electronic breathing sound. Once the dark helmet is off (and you wont need to lose an arm in combat), you can see the overwhelming light of his soul..

Really threw me off guard. Totally recommended! And it is coming from a guy who usually wears light fragrances.

Recently in the Perfume Lab
“Boss, the perfumer isn’t making any progress with our new scent!”
“What’s the problem?” Thorsten asked, rubbing his tired eyes. “Not enough budget?”
“No, he says his leather ideas aren’t leading anywhere right now, what should we do?”
“There’s only one person who can help. Give me a phone.”
Meanwhile in Herne: a man sat in the garden in a kiddie pool wearing only swim trunks, his beer belly filling the pool quite well. Individual cans - some full but many empty - floated in the pool. He babbled to himself: “delicious, these ribs! First, another cold one before I have to go to the clubhouse. Oh no, one just fell into the pool! Just wait, you rascal....”
Suddenly his phone rang and he answered: “Wolle Wollny here from the famous motorcycle gang, what can I do for you?”
“Wolfgang, very good! Thorsten is here, I’m working on a perfume for Tigha, the one with the leather jackets, and we’re stuck. You’re my last hope!”
Wolle thought for a moment, then said: “my guys are in too?” “Of course, we’ll pay you everything! Can you make it today?”
“Difficult, I’m currently in a meeting and I think we could head out tomorrow morning. Probably a long meeting.”
“Do I hear splashing sounds and the hissing of opened beer cans?”
“Oh, it’s continuing, I have to hang up, see you tomorrow and send me everything, buddy!”
The next morning, the guys set off on their motorcycles except for the new addition Schlicko, who only owned a moped. However, he also had the new George Foreman grill and worked at the local brewery, so he was flexible. He rode behind the men, albeit slower, while his fox tail waved in the wind at the back of the moped. Since no one was getting any younger and one had to take more breaks than a few years ago, this circumstance was not a problem. Ultimately, they arrived a day late.
The person in charge of The Dark Side greeted the motorcycle crew somewhat exasperated: “where were you yesterday? What happened, Wolfgang?”
“Long story... without going into detail, it seems it’s recently been banned to use pitchforks as lances and duel each other in the farmers' fields.”
“Ah, just come with me....”
Thorsten went into the lab and pointed to the rudimentary results they had so far. “This is all we have, can you help?”
“Sure, but it will cost something...” “How much do you want? I can give you 50 grand...” “Agreed, 50 crates of beer!” Wolle exclaimed. “And a batch of that Bentley rum!” Udo shouted.
Wolle quickly reacted to calm Thorsten: “all good, Totty. 50 crates and of course no Bentley Intense, ridiculous! We’ll take the Dark Rebel instead.”
So our rocker friends got to work, tinkering, experimenting with ingredients and Wolle’s lunch, and eventually created a leather scent. They then invited the management for a report to justify the scent:
“So, we’ve designed a real hit, colleagues! Smoked leather, dirty, just like your jackets! But so mainstream that your customers won’t leave you but can feel cool and daring with it. Keyword super masculine and really only for rockers, just like your clientele is made up of real rockers.” Wolle winked at the management and everyone burst out laughing.
“Okay, Mr. Wolle, so is the scent quite generic?”
“If you know many leather scents, then yes. Or smoky scents. Otherwise, no.”
“Okay, go on, what does your creation smell like?”
“First, the pepper comes.”
“Ah, for the spice? It does smell quite intense of pepper.”
“No, I accidentally dropped the shaker in, I was seasoning my food at the same time. But it smelled pretty good. Very aromatic and then blends with the incense. We initially had trouble sourcing that. Operation raid the altar boy went wrong. There were several of them and they’re stronger now than before. Anyway, the incense also smells a bit dirty due to the oud. We did that on purpose because it should smell wild for your clientele.”
“Good, but how did you incorporate the leather?” “With a smoked ham note, we briefly bought it at the discount store around the corner. This gives a rough leather smell that is spicy. Fully masculine and with edges and corners.”
“Could be too extreme, we don’t want a niche scent.”
Wolle laughed heartily: “What if it’s mainstream with just enough of a niche touch that it gets celebrated for that? If it starts off strong, you stand out as a daring guy and then retreats after a few hours? If it sweetens through the tobacco?”
“Wow, brilliant, Mr. Wolle Wollny! Did you also incorporate the marijuana as we specified?”
“Damn, forgot! Can’t you just write that in anyway? No one will notice and it will be celebrated regardless. The beginning could seem that way with a lot of imagination, we just need to market it.”
“You’re right Wolle, we’ll do that.”

---------------------
The Dark Side stands for me in a line of solid, not outstanding leather scents, which play the illusion of a super tough fragrance for various reasons. They don’t do this intentionally, so this shouldn’t be seen as a criticism. Objectively, we have a spicy leather scent here, where a bit too much pepper has been used and where the incense is slightly marred by the oud. Normal smoke would have surely been better, but the created scent note was intended that way. In this respect, fundamentally solid, unfortunately poor longevity because as exaggerated as it comes out of the bottle, the perfume escapes just as quickly. I’m not familiar with Tigha fashion, I’ve outgrown leather jackets for years, but I would certainly choose other leather scents if I’m in the mood for something smoky-leathery.

Are my pupils dilated?
This fragrance seems to interest some people, and since you can't easily test it anywhere, I decided to write my first comment on a scent.

Here's a bit about me, so you can better assess my comment:
I'm in my late 30s, male. Musician. I mainly wear rock-style clothes, black leather jacket, etc.
Tigha is my favorite brand when it comes to fashion. I'm also a bit of a hobby perfume collector (about 30 fragrances). I like dark, sweet scents. Tonka bean, leather, iris, rum. My favorite scent is Dark Rebel by John Varvatos. All in all, "The Dark Side" seems made for me... or maybe not?

I have this Tigha fragrance on my wrist right now.
First, I smell rubber. Some have described this note as tar here. Understandable. The last time I smelled something like an auto repair shop scent was in Fahrenheit, and its success speaks for itself.
Secondly, the scent of marijuana wafts into my nose. Unfortunately. I don’t smoke and therefore don’t want to smell like it. It's not an unpleasant scent, quite the opposite. And for those who occasionally smell like it, it probably doesn't bother them. Maybe this perfume is also a welcome excuse for some to explain the sweet scent on their clothes.
I also perceive oud. A nice, pleasant oud. That's rare.
Overall, Geza Schön has managed to highlight all the relevant notes. I notice the pink pepper, but it's pleasantly subtle. I usually don't like incense as a note, but here it is well dosed. I really like the leather note. Beautiful, black leather. As if one had distilled one of Tigha's leather jackets.
The name "The Dark Side" is definitely fitting. The scent is dark, masculine, and rebellious.
Is this perfume supposed to be unisex? Okay, then every fragrance is somehow unisex. What's allowed is what pleases.
The sillage seems okay. I can't say much about the longevity yet, but based on the notes, I think this perfume performs very well.

My conclusion: Unfortunately, this fragrance is not for me, even though I would have liked it to be. That tire-like scent note is fading slowly, but I prefer perfumes that I like immediately after spraying and that give me a good feeling. Also, I take pride in never having taken a puff from a joint and simply don’t like it when people around me think I've just smoked something... and they don’t even let me take a puff.
Is "The Dark Side" a bad fragrance? No. I'm quite sure Geza Schön executed the brief wonderfully. Is it a masterpiece? No. Does it smell synthetic? Yes.
At the end of my comment, I smell my wrist again. Yes, the perfume has something... I can't deny that. In the club, with the right body heat under the black leather jacket, one or another woman will surely linger on it. Or one or another man - depending on the club.
But that also happens with CK One Shock - for a quarter of the price.

The Perfect Scent for the Tigha Leather Jacket
I have tested this new Tigha fragrance several times this month. I ordered a small sample because I liked the pyramid and there’s a great perfumer behind it, Geza Schön. Those who know my taste know that this type of fragrance is not usually my preference. But sometimes opposites attract, and there's nothing wrong with variety in the collection.
Tigha is a fashion label from Germany known for leather jackets. It’s not really my style, but I do have a few shirts from this brand. Fashion-wise, it has a very cool and modern style. Even though Tigha is a designer label, this fragrance can definitely be attributed to the niche due to its price (120 euros for 100ml). Geza Schön is also more at home in the niche world. However, that’s not very important to me, as I don’t separate them that way.

The Dark Side has a dark-colored scent that fits its name. Quite cool and fitting. The pyramid sounds quite intense, and one expects a real knockout that will blow you away. Especially since Black Afghano is mentioned, which is also not exactly subtle. Here, you definitely have a price advantage, as you get 70ml more for the same price. But it’s not a clone, even if it does go in that direction.
Only the fragrance notes are listed here, without dividing them into top, heart, and base. It doesn’t have much development, although the first two hours are qualitatively much better. An oriental bombshell, without overpowering too much like many others in this category. Many of the fragrance notes are easy to guess without being distinctly recognizable. Oud, incense, and leather are at the forefront, creating a wonderful oriental feeling. It definitely leans towards the bad boy vibe, fitting for the leather jacket. Tobacco complements it well. While weed isn’t really discernible, this blend is cohesive and well-mixed. A great, high-quality scent for confident people. I see it more for men, but women who prefer strong oriental fragrances could also be happy with this one.
It would be a candidate for purchase for me if it didn’t end up feeling insignificant after 2-3 hours. With these fragrance notes, more is possible, and unfortunately, it loses its power, not just in terms of sillage. It remains at a decent level, but I expect more from this type of fragrance.
The longevity is good, especially when you consider it close to the skin. The sillage is good at first but is rather average for this type of fragrance. Those expecting a real bomb like Interlude Man will be disappointed. But it's still quite decent, especially since it can be worn on many occasions.

Overall, a great fragrance. If it could maintain the initial level longer, it would be even better. But overall, it’s a wonderful, unique scent that can be worn on many occasions.

Good Stuff
I got a decant of this fragrance from @StolzerOskar, as the notes really appealed to me. It was worth it.

However, "The Dark Side" is certainly not for everyone. Sweetness, for example, is completely absent here. The aroma is smoky and bitter.

At first, the marijuana comes through strongly. After that, incense, tobacco, and leather are quite noticeable. I don’t detect any oud, which I find a bit disappointing. The pink pepper comes through very subtly.

Unfortunately, the sillage is not that great. The longevity is okay, but after about 3 hours, the fragrance becomes very close to the skin.

All in all, it's worth a test if you want to try a scent that is definitely not mainstream.

Geza Schön has found his "Dark Side". Strong cannabis at the beginning fades into leather& incense. One of the most challenging scents.

Warm, cozy, sweet, dark, spicy and woody. A slightly animalic oud in the opening, incensy and peppery. Dark leather and dry tobacco.

Leathery and green herbatious... and yea a bit canabis. Quite interesting, as it dries down it turns a bit sour, however not unpleasant

I'm a bit puzzled. Did I maybe spray too cautiously? I don't smell as much leather as I expected or the pepper shaker.

Only tobacco and incense crumbs at home...
Whatever, necessity is the mother of invention

These macho scents are unfortunately not my thing at all: leather, oud, incense, postmodern oriental.

Finally, a Geza Schön that I like:
Black tobacco, dark leather, incense-oud with a hint of Black Afgano.
Rather masculine.
