Ethereal/Heavenly Perfumes

Hello! I’m trying to find perfumes that smell ethereal or heavenly. I’m not sure how to describe exactly what that would entail, haha. Something memorable and distinct yet not overpowering that makes people want to be near you  and evokes a sense of comfort and awe. I was inspired to start looking for the perfect “heavenly” perfume from clips of people talking about Rihanna, lol. Any recommendations will do, I’m just really interested in seeing what people have to say ❤️

Exactly what I'm looking for I ordered Liu Eau de Parfum because it sounds like that 'heavenly' scentprofile from all reviews I've read and seen on Youtube. It is a bit of a gamble cause it's a blind buy (people compare it to Chanel No 5 but a lot of people who (like me) hate Chanel no 5, love Liu because they find it way more sparkling and airy...so...fingers crossed.

Hopefully it will arrive tomorow. I'll keep you posted .

By the way: I find L'Air du Temps Eau de Parfum also quite heavenly. It's sold online and is not too expensive.

Both suggestions do have a bit of a vintage feel to it, so hope you don't mind that.

Yes I will I'm  so exited to be able to smell it tomorow! I added another suggestion just now which is L'air du Temps, heavenly whiffs and summer breezes . Worth a try!

Maybe try "Casamorati - Dama Bianca (Eau de Parfum) | XerJoff" ? If you’re into vanilla and powdery scent ! A lot of people described it as magical white cloud !

Relique d'Amour (2012) is gentle, heavenly, and absolutely gorgeous. Pine, incense, lily, woods. A bit liturgical but divine in my opinion.

Liu Eau de Parfum is lovely, don't know if it is your idea of 'heavenly' and 'ethereal' ofcourse.

It is kind of a vulnerable scent, soapy, clean, pastel....but very beautyful. Don't know if it can be found in US, it is not on the VS website from Guerlain (strangely enough as it is on the European site from Guerlain...).

Another, very cheap, but certainly not cheap smelling, scent that I found heavenly was: Lace Concentrated Cologne but I had the EDP concentration and would advice that one (not in this database). It was once manufatured by Yardly before Taylor of London did. Very reminiscent of clouds and blue skies . I think it will still be on amazon maybe.

Looks like I'm the first male to respond. My SOTD today was "Safari | Abdul Samad Al Qurashi / عبدالصمد القرشي" and it is absolutely GORGEOUS. I don't even use that word to describe fragrances but it is amazing!

Omg, thank you all! I wish I could reply to each comment individually haha. I’ll definitely be looking more into all of these, I’m so intrigued. I’ll def be grabbing Lace sometime because it’s hard to smell good on a budget and I’ll take any help I can get LOL. Relique d’Amor is so intriguing, I’m a huge fan of incense and all the reviews sound incredible. Safari, from all the reviews and my limited understanding of fragrance notes, sounds incredible. I’m much more of a feminine fragrance person but I’d love to be able to smell it someday. Thank you all again!!

Ethereal are to me IV-II Ray-Flection (sun and fresh air în a bottle), "Ibitira | XerJoff" (star dust) and Nuit Etoilée Eau de Parfum (the name says it all).

Also, the Infusions from Prada.

For me, it`s gotta be Gold Heart V.4 . It just has such a Zen atmosphere, I feel like it should be worn by a yogi shaman sitting in the lotus position, sharing wisdom to her disciples.
